Residents across Bromsgrove and the Villages can now vote for their favourite small business as part of Bradley Thomas MP’s awards.

Ahead of this year’s Small Business Saturday on December 6th, Bradley is celebrating the contribution small businesses make to our economy and to our communities.

As part of his Small Business Awards, during the month of October businesses across the constituency put themselves forward for the public vote to be in with a chance of winning a Small Business Award.

29 nominations have been received and now residents can vote for their favourite small business in Bromsgrove and the Villages.

Voting is open until 5.30pm on Friday, November 28th. Each resident can vote only once, and you must live in the constituency.

The winners of Bradley’s inaugural awards will be revealed ahead of Small Business Saturday on December 6th.

Bradley said:

“Small businesses aren’t just the backbone of our economy; they’re also at the heart of their communities.

“They need our support more than ever, so please get voting in my Small Business Awards and back your favourite small business in Bromsgrove and the Villages.

“Best of luck to all the businesses taking part.”

Last year, 1,992 votes were cast by local residents and Casa Med, a family-run Mediterranean tapas restaurant in Bromsgrove town centre, and JJ’s Café, an independently owned café in Hollywood, were revealed as joint winners after receiving the same number of votes. SJP Theatre Arts, a Bromsgrove theatre school, secured 2nd place and Bremi’s, an independent coffee shop and bar in Aston Fields, clinched 3rd place.
