Bradley has praised Kemi Badenoch's article in the Daily Mail.
Bradley said:
"Personal responsibility should still matter. The collapse of consequences is responsible for much in British life.
"Crime is a good example. It shouldn’t be explained away but clamped down upon.
"If we maintain a culture where people think they can do whatever they want and nothing will happen in response then we have a serious problem.
"Police time should be spent on shoplifters, robbers, actual crime, not policing hurt feelings.
