Bradley has voted against Government plans to scrap jury trials.
Following the vote, Bradley said:
"Trial by jury is the most fundamental legal right. Taking a constitutional axe to jury trials will undermine public trust in the justice system.
"Juries allow the public to participate directly in the gravest power the state holds: the power to convict and imprison.
"That's why I voted against Government plans to scrap jury trials which would see serious crimes decided by a single judge."
