Bradley has visited The Feeding Trust, an Alvechurch based charity for Paediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD) and developmental feeding differences.
Following his visit, Bradley said:
"It was inspiring to meet Natalie and The Feeding Trust team and to learn more about their passion and dedication for improving the lives of children and young people affected by paediatric feeding disorder (PFD) and developmental feeding differences.
"I learnt a lot on my visit, particularly how complex PFD is and how poorly understood it is. I heard that first-hand from a parent who told me how challenging it has been to navigate the NHS in order to get support for their child. They just wanted medical professionals to listen and to help, but they didn’t. They described The Feeding Trust as a ‘beacon of hope’ – and I understand why having visited The Feeding Trust.
"I look forward to working with Natalie and the team to help raise awareness and to ensure more children and young people get the help and support they need."And congratulations on securing £18,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund!"
