Bradley is once again urging the Government to reverse its Jobs Tax following the closure of another Bromsgrove High Street business.
Speaking to the Bromsgrove Advertiser, the local MP said that the Government's 'anti-business' Budget has 'made the trading environment even more difficult for high street businesses.'
Bradley said:
“It’s always sad to see a business close. That’s jobs lost and more empty units on our high street.
“The Government’s anti-business Budget with their Jobs Tax and reduction in business rates relief has made the trading environment even more difficult for high street businesses.
“The best thing the Government could do for our businesses right now is to reverse their Jobs Tax, cancel their reduction in business rates relief for hospitality businesses, and announce plans to seriously reform business rates in favour of independent entrepreneurship, which are the backbone of our economy.”
