Bradley has criticised the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill and the impact on home educating families during a speech in Parliament.
Following the debate, Bradley said:
"Parents have the right to educate their children at home. They need more support, not greater Government interference that will place an even bigger burden on already financially challenged councils."
